Consignors, would you like to shop 30 minutes earlier than the time on your Pre-Sale shopping pass? As you are entering your items, choose to Discount (50%off) ALL and Donate ALL your unsold items at the end of the event. Donations will go directly to local foster families, school counselors, Crosspoint Ministry, Conway Cradle Care, Milestones School and Baptist Community Outreach. Our experience has been that when a consignor chooses to mark items to be discounted for 25% off mid-week and then 50% off toward the end of the event, the consignor ultimately sells more and earns more! When you choose to Discount and Donate ALL items, we will Bump your Pre-Sale shopping time up by 30 minutes!!
We will no longer be accepting CHECKS for payment at the event. Other forms of payment will be accepted including cash and debit/credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
We are excited to announce a few new changes to our sale schedule! On Wednesday and Thursday you can take advantage of savings before our huge Half-Price Sale. Those items without a dot will be 25% off! We will have a special Customer Appreciation Day on Wednesday, while many of our items are 25% off. On Friday many of our items will be 1/2 off and we will have extended shopping hours of 9AM to 9PM. Consignor pick up will be MONDAY, immediately after the sale from 11-1 and 4-7. Your items and checks will be ready for pick up on this day!
We have a special volunteer position called a Super Mom. We'll have a Special SUPER MOMS NIGHT OUT on Friday, July 27th at 6pm. To qualify for a Super Mom position, a mom (or dad) needs to volunteer for 3 shifts during our event - one shift needs to be during the Post Sale Sort, Saturday evening or Sunday. Super Moms get to shop even earlier than our Early Workers who volunteer for 2 shifts. You may share one of your shifts with your mom or spouse and still qualify for the Super Mom early shopping pass. Sign up for your shifts now and join us for a fun, relaxed Pre-Sale shopping experience.
Consignor Pick Up Day will now be on Monday, immediately following the event. 11am-1pm and 4pm-7pm Your RL Consignor Check will be ready and any unsold items neatly sorted. Consignors, you must bring your personal ID in order to pick up your RL Consignor Check.
Each Consignor may bring 150 total items with each Consignor Number. Please register for an additional consignor number for every 150 items entered. Remember to bring your best Fall/Winter children's, Junior and Maternity Clothing, Shoes, Toys, and Baby Gear!
If you or a friend is a mom-to-be, Click on the Moms-to-Be tab to sign up for a Special Guest Pass. As our gift to you, we will give you and a friend a guest pass to attend our Guests Only Sale. Just register and supply us with your baby's due date. Congratulations on your new baby! This same pass can also be used for you to attend the Half Price Moms-To-Be Sale!

As a Consignor, you have the option to print your barcodes at home. Please remember to print these labels on a COLOR printer. NEW- for Consignors who print barcode labels at home, we WILL guarantee them if the items are brought to the store in numerical order and the labels are printed correctly. Once we confirm that all of the items are in order, we're happy to GUARANTEE them!
On Friday,July 27th, we will open the database for RESTOCK items. Drop off for restock items will be on Sunday, July 29th from 9-11am and 5-7pm, and Monday, July 30th from 5-7pm! We will be accepting restock items such as furniture, toys, shoes and baby equipment. We are only accepting Fall/Winter clothing in these brands: Matilda Jane, Persnickety, Mustard Pie, Mini Boden, Crewcuts, Giggle Moon, Sado, Jelly the Pug, Kickee Pants, Joyfolie, Sweet Honey, Eleanor Rose, Cheeky Plum, Livie and Luca, Anavini, Silly Goose, Sure!, Ralph Lauren, Under Armour, The North Face, and Patagonia.

"Because of our high regard for the safety of children and in light of the recent ruling by the CPSC, Rhea Lana's Inc. will no longer be accepting ANY cribs manufactured before December 2010. Cribs manufactured between December 2010 and June 28, 2011, must have a certificate of compliance and not be recalled to be consigned with Rhea Lana's. Any crib manufactured after June 28, 2011, and has not been recalled, can be consigned as long as it meets Rhea Lana's quality standards."
Volunteers and Consignors may bring either their parent or spouse to help them shop. You may give your guest pass to your sister or a friend and meet them at the Guest Sale later that evening. We LOVE children, but we suggest that you do not bring them to our Pre-Sale event. Feel free to bring children on a Public shopping day.
If you are not able to pick up your items on pick up day and do not want to donate them, you may send someone else to pick up your items. We are not able to guarantee items that are picked up by someone other than the consignor. Please make sure the person picking up your items knows your consignor number.
