Big Item Drop-Off is a FREE service that allows you to bring your large items to the sale before regular check-in begins. Simply drive through and we'll unload and place your big items on the sales floor for you. To schedule your appointment, click the title above to log into your consignor account. Select "Click for Appt," choose the appropriate appointment type, follow the instructions, and confirm your appointment. Once confirmed, your appointment details will appear in your consignor account.
In-Store Check-In is our traditional check-in option. Bring your items to the sale and place them on the sales floor yourself. All items must arrive fully prepared, pre-labeled, and ready to sell. After a quick quality check by our team, you'll place your items in their designated areas throughout the sale, including the outdoor pavilion, indoor rooms, and main Expo floor. In-Store Check-In items are eligible for the Item Guarantee (provided all guarantee requirements are met). Your FREE Consignor Shopping Passes will be available at the Check-Out Desk before you leave. To schedule your appointment, click the title above to log into your consignor account. Select "Click for Appt," choose the appropriate appointment type, follow the instructions, and confirm your appointment. Once confirmed, your appointment details will appear in your consignor account.
With Drop & Go, you stay in your vehicle while our team unloads and places your prepared items on the sales floor for you. Items must arrive fully prepared, pre-labeled, and ready to sell. Clothing and shoes must be sorted, bundled, and labeled by gender and size. The Item Guarantee does not apply to Drop & Go items.
