What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 65% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 35% of your sales. You will be charged a $12.50 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).


• If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!


• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.


• Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

How Do I Receive My Check?

The Consignor check will be emailed to you at the end of the event! Simply log on to your Consignor account and verify your email address. You'll be able to print your check to either do a mobile deposit, or take to your bank!

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

You will receive the passes from your VIP processor or they can be left for you at the event to be picked up at Pre-Sale.

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick-Up immediately following the event.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

Acceptable Items

We love clothes, shoes, baby gear, toys, books, etc! All baby gear MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the item has stains, food, pet hair or odors, we will not accept it.

VIP Processors love BOUTIQUE BRANDS! All clothes and shoes need to be seasonally appropriate for this event. A detailed list will be available on the sign-up Google form.

All clothing must be under 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).

No stains, holes, or excessive wear.

If you have outfits, please fold them so your VIP Processor knows what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts.

We will accept car seats with a manufacture date of February 25, 2021 or later. The seat must have at least 1 year remaining before the expiration date. Car Seats must be VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standard (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.

How Do I Deliver Items to my VIP Processor?

Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.

Are there Any Item Limits?

All clothes and shoes need to be Spring/Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).

We WILL accept: tank tops, swimsuits, flip flops and sandals, holidays such as Easter and 4th of July (Our event is past Valentine's Day), lightweight coats and jackets, jeans, long pants, long sleeve shirts/t-shirts, hoodies, lightweight sweaters.

We will NOT be able to accept for our Spring/Summer sale: Winter coats, Puffy coats, Ski pants/gear, Snow boots, heavy sweaters or wool sweaters, Christmas or winter-themed items (moose, reindeer, bears) or plaid applique. Gloves, winter hats, winter scarves, and accessories. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween-themed clothing regardless of brand, corduroy or flannel items, turtleneck items, or sleds. Clothing needs to be clean and odor-free. If items have been in long-term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes, or excessive wear. We do not accept prom/formal dresses.

VIP Limits: We will ONLY accept size 10 and smaller for BOTH girls and boys.

We will NOT accept Maternity clothing.

We will NOT accept bulk purchases.

We will NOT accept garage sale leftovers

NO LONGER ACCEPTING: Breast pumps unless they are wearable. We will no longer accept DVDs or CDs, bedding except for crib sheets, or maternity clothing.

If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items:

Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes, DVDs or CDs
Owlets
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme-oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Breast pumps unless they are wearable
Bedding other than crib sheets (we do not accept comforters or crib bumpers)
High chairs that do not have straps
